    Refund Policy for Inner Spark Events<\/strong> and Sessions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    At Inner Spark, we value the experience and satisfaction of our participants. In line with our commitment to providing enriching spiritual events, we have established the following refund policy. This policy applies to all Inner Spark events and sessions unless an alternative policy is explicitly stated in the event description.<\/p>\n\n\n

    1. General Refund Policy<\/strong>: Our default refund policy applies to all events organized by Inner Spark. In cases where no specific refund policy is mentioned in the event description, this general policy will be in effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Event Cancellation<\/strong>: In the unfortunate event that an Inner Spark event is canceled, we will provide a full refund (100%) of the ticket price to all registered participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Participant Cancellation<\/strong>: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. If a participant needs to cancel their attendance, we encourage them to inform us as soon as possible. The following refund terms apply based on the notice given:

      • More than 30 days before the event: 75% refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Less than 15 days before the event: No refund<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Event Rescheduling<\/strong>: If an event is rescheduled, participants will have the option to either transfer their registration to the new date or receive a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Extenuating Circumstances<\/strong>: In cases of extenuating circumstances such as serious illness or force majeure, we may consider issuing refunds or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Processing Time<\/strong>: Refund requests will be processed within a certain number of days (e.g., 30 days) from the date of request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        Please note that this policy is subject to change, and participants are advised to review the policy regularly. By purchasing a ticket to an Inner Spark event, participants agree to this refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Inner Spark Trips & Retreats Policy<\/strong><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

        1. Reservations and Payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

        • All reservations must be made through the official Inner Spark channels, such as our website or by direct contact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Each trip or retreat has specific conditions for reservations, payments, cancellations, and refunds, which will be detailed in the description of each event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • To confirm a reservation, a deposit is generally required, the amount of which varies depending on the event. This deposit may be refundable under the conditions specified in the trip or retreat description.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The total payment for the retreat must be made within the deadline specified in the event description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

          2. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

          • In cases of force majeure, such as a serious illness of the participant or a close family member, Inner Spark may, on an exceptional basis, consider special refunds. Any such request must be properly justified and documented.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Inner Spark reserves the right to cancel a trip or retreat due to force majeure, insufficient participants, or other justified reasons. In case of cancellation on our part, a full refund or the option to transfer the payment to another event will be offered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n
